PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in the balance between impact resistance and flowability on molding. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 5-99 pts. polyamide resin, (B) 0.9-80 pts. multistage graft copolymer which is obtained by graft polymerizing 2-50 pts. acrylate monomer (b) in the presence of 5-80 pts. rubbery polymer (a), and thereafter graft polymerizing 93-18 pts. vinyl monomer (c) composed of 10-85% aromatic vinyl monomer (i), 5-40% vinyl cyanide monomer (ii), and 0-35% other vinyl monomers (iii), and (C) 0.1-20 pts. carboxylic acid-containing copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing 0.01-20% unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, 90-50% aromatic vinyl monomer, 10-50% vinyl cyanide monomer, and 0-40% monomer mixture and has a molecular weight of 20,000-70,000.
