PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a work for setting a turning die in the prescribed position of a lower die while enabling the turning die and the prescribed position of the lower die on which the turning die is provided to be set with zero abutment and also to reduce the occurrence of failures such as the defective turn of the turning die and the breakage of a supporting shaft. SOLUTION: Bearing structure is provided in which the supporting shaft of the turning die arranged in a press-forming apparatus is journaled turnably with a bearing hole, and the bearing structure is characterized in that at least the upper side of the horizon of the inside diameter of the bearing hole is formed slightly larger than the diameter of the supporting shaft and a clearance between the inside diameter of the upper side of the bearing hole and the supporting shaft is provided. The bearing structure therefore facilitates the work for setting the turning die to the prescribed position of the lower die and can reduce the occurrence of the failure such as the defective turn of the turning die and the breakage of the supporting shaft.
