A charge counting method includes recognizing the service type which can be a visible phone service; obtaining the charge information of the service type; counting the charge based on the charge information. An offline charge counting system and a online charge counting system can implement the charge counting including the visible phone service type, thus providing the reference for the servers to establish the charge strategy of the various services for example the charge rate.
