<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to stably heat a fuel cell at its next startup with the use of hot water stored in a hot water tub, in a fuel cell power generation system carrying out a timer operation repeating power generation and stoppage. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a heat exchange means 8 exchanging heat with exhaust heat accompanying power generation of the fuel cell 2 to turn it into hot water, a hot water storage tank 10 storing hot water of the heat exchange means 8, a storage water circulation channel 11 circulating hot water of the storage tank 10 to the heat exchange means 8, a reheating means 12 reheating hot water of the storage tank 10, a reheated water return channel 19 returning hot water reheated by the reheating means 12 to the storage tank 10, a residue heat amount detecting means 16 detecting a heat amount of hot water in the tank 10, and a control device 21 sequentially controlling the fuel cell 2. The control device 21, a given time before timing of operation start, activates the reheating means 12 and the reheated water return channel 19, when a residue heat amount from the residue heat amount detecting means 16 falls short of the heat amount necessary for raising temperature of the fuel cell 2 at the fuel cell startup. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
