<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nickel nanorod free from flocculation, having excellent dispersibility, and suitable for imparting magnetism to nonmagnetic material such as resin and ceramics by being dispersed into the nonmagnetic material as a filler with a nanosize, and to provide a nickel nanorod. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the nickel nanorod is characterized in that the hydrogen ion exponent of an aqueous solution A containing a surfactant, cyclic hydrocarbon and a reducing agent is controlled to 7 to 10, next, an aqueous solution B containing nickel ions is added to the aqueous solution A, and the nickel ions are reduced with the reducing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
