摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fuel cell where a washing operation of washing residual flux remaining at the inside of a heat exchanger is eliminated, so as to realize the mass production of the heat exchanger, and further, the elution of the residual flux to circulation water is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The production method comprises: a first attaching stage where a tube sheet 18 made of aluminum is attached to a stacked part obtained by alternately stacking tubes 5 made of aluminum and corrugated fins 6, so as to assemble a core part; a flux coating stage where the core part is coated with flux for brazing; a brazing stage where the core part coated with the flux is subjected to heating treatment and is brazed; a machining stage where the surface of the tube sheet 18 is shaped off, so as to remove the residual flux 21; a coating stage where, after the machining stage, a resin coating layer is formed at the inside face of the core part through which circulation water from a fuel cell is circulated; and a second attaching stage where a tank is attached to the core part on which the resin coating layer is formed, so as to assemble a heat exchanger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
