<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover the heat held in molten blast furnace slag as high temperature gas while preventing remelt-sticking of granular slag, in a heat-recovering from the molten blast furnace. <P>SOLUTION: As the heat-recovering apparatus from the molten blast furnace slag; a rotating cylinder cooled from the outer part; a rotating drum, set at the inlet of the rotating cylinder and making granular drip of the flowing-down molten blast furnace slag; a temperature-sensor, set at the lower part of the rotating cylinder and for measuring the temperature of the blast furnace slag piled up at the lower part of the rotating cylinder after making granular drip; a water spraying nozzle, set at the upper part in the rotating cylinder and for controlling spraying amount of the water into the rotating cylinder according to the temperature with the temperature sensor; a solid and gas separating device, set at the outlet of the rotating cylinder and for separating the blast furnace slag exhausted after piling up and waste gas from the rotating cylinder; and a heat exchanger for recovering the sensible heat of the blast furnace slag after separating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
