PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp massaging brush capable of providing excellent massaging effects by planting a plurality of projections made of flexible elastomer resin for planting hair on a brushing face of a base and exhibiting an excellent sebum removing function and a pore cleaning function. SOLUTION: The scalp massaging brush 10 is composed of a plurality of spatula-shaped projections 14 made of elastomer resin and a plurality of cone-shaped projections 15 made of elastomer resin which are planted on the brushing face 13 of the base 12. Each spatula-shaped projection 14 has a flat cross-sectional shape, and a plurality of end projections 16 are raised at the end at intervals in the longitudinal direction X. The end of each cone-shaped projection 15 is chamfered as a curved face. The spatula-shaped projections 14 are planted in the outer peripheral part along the peripheral edge of the brushing face 13 and the cone-shaped projections 15 are planted in the inner area 22 on the inner side of the outer peripheral part. A line of spatula-shaped projections 15 is disposed crossing over the central part of the inner area 22 surrounded by the spatula-shaped projections 14 at the outer peripheral part.
