PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminator which can cut a film while properly leaving a residual space in the width direction of a laminated film based on the width of a sheet-shaped substrate. SOLUTION: The laminator 10 for laminating the sheet-shaped substrate 100 held between an upper laminated film 51-1 and a lower laminated film 51-2 has a feeding part 20 into which the sheet-shaped substrate 100 is charged, a substrate guide part 21 set in the feeding part 20, a guide mechanism part 22 for driving the substrate guide part 21 in conformity with the width of the sheet-shaped substrate 100, a cutter part 31 for cutting both end parts in the width direction of the upper and lower laminated films 51-1 and 51-2 of the laminated sheet-shaped substrate 100, a cutter mechanism part 32 for driving the cutter part 31 based on the width of the sheet-shaped substrate 100, and an interlock part 40 for interlocking the substrate guide part 21 and the cutter part 31.
