PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal joined body using the friction stirring and joining capable of ensuring the high joining reliability even when members to be joined with each other are formed of dissimilar metal members. SOLUTION: In a metal joined body 1A of an aluminum material 2 and a copper material 3, a joining face 20 provided on the aluminum material 2 and a joining face 30 provided on the copper material 3 are joined with each other by a friction stirring and joining unit 4, and the joining faces 20, 30 are mechanically joined with each other by caulking the joining face 30 to a caulking piece 21 provided on the aluminum material 2.
