PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably maintain the discharging property of an ink for a long period of time even in the case of having a gas liquid separating member in an ink tank supplying the ink to a recording head. SOLUTION: The ink tank 15 for inkjet has the gas liquid separating member in the tank containing the ink, the ink containing an insoluble material showing insolubility to a solvent is used, particle frequency of particles of the particle size of 150 nm or more in the particle size distribution of the insoluble material is 2 volume% or less, and the surface tension of the ink is relatively higher than the surface free energy of the gas liquid separating member 29.
