PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a successfully convenient disposer which can be installed in a kitchen, increase the probability of conveying crushed garbage inside a garbage bin holding a mixed water of the garbage crushed by a crusher and water, to the outside and thereby, can significantly decrease the residual crushed garbage in the bin and prevent a stink from being generated and improve a sanitary aspect. SOLUTION: A stirrer 31 for stirring the mixed water 20 is installed on the internal bottom surface of the garbage bin 2 holding the mixed water 20 of the crushed garbage and water. A water current is generated in the mixed water 20 by the rotation of a stirring blade 31a of the stirrer 31, and the crushed garbage unevenly distributed in the mixed water 20 is evenly distributed. Consequently, the probability of conveying the crushed garbage to the outside increases thanks to a carry-out pump 23 and the amount of the crushed garbage remaining in the garbage bin 2 decreases significantly.
