<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage water heater capable of accurately detecting an actual water temperature without being influenced by the supply amount of hot water and a site pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The storage water heater 1 comprises a heating means 2, a hot water storage device 3, and a control device 4. The hot water storage device 3 stores water heated by the heating means 2 in a predetermined tank 31. The control device 4 controls the operation of the heating means 2 and the hot water storage device 3. The control device 4 has a water temperature sensor 41 for detecting the temperature of water resupplied into the tank 31, and a hot water supply water amount sensor 42a and a hot water filling water sensor 42b for detecting the flow amount of water resupplied into the tank 31. Furthermore, the control device 4 uses the hot water supply water amount sensor 42a and the hot water filling water amount sensor 42b for detecting that at least a predetermined amount of water flows in a water supply branch pipe 72b where the water temperature sensor 41 is installed, for at least a predetermined time and then for detecting the temperature of the water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
