PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable holding structure which changes the wiring direction of a flat cable and is economical and superior in working efficiency enough to regulate a wiring position. SOLUTION: The cable holding structure has a substrate which is provided with a flat cable 400 that is folded at a specified angle, a first fitting part to regulate and hold the wiring position in the direction of width of the flat cable, and a second fitting part that holds the flat cable, regulates the folding direction thereof and changes the wiring direction only at a specified angle.
