PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization/asynchronization controller for efficiently performing the synchronization/asynchronization of the statuses of a plurality of control systems. SOLUTION: This synchronization/asynchronization controller for controlling the synchronization/asynchronization of a status between a plurality of control systems is provided with a plurality of control systems A, B and C having status transition machines for performing the transition of the status of the control system. When the status of the control system B is synchronized with the status of the control system A, the transition of the status of the control system B can be prevented from being performed according to the status transition machine 12, and the transition of the statuses of both the control systems A and B can be performed by the status transition machine 11 of the control system A.
