PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, capable of performing reconfiguration appropriately in response to an algorithm according to an operating device without being limited to a circuit connection based on connection information. SOLUTION: This system comprises an information processor including a communication means for transmitting and receiving data with the outside and a processor the configuration of hardware of which can be dynamically changed by circuit information obtained from the outside through the communication means during execution of an application program, and a circuit information generation device which forms an algorithm according to operation information from the information processor, logically composes the algorithm to generate circuit information, and transmits the circuit information to the information processor.
