PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-melt adhesive having both of fluidity, and cohesive and holding powers, and exhibiting excellent adhesive force of molded articles or the like of a polyolefin resin to each other, and the molded article to another adherend. SOLUTION: The hot-melt adhesive comprises an acid-modified polyolefin (B) obtained by modifying a polyolefin (A) comprising 15-70 mol% of a 4-12Cα-olefin (a), 30-85 mol% of propylene and 0-1 mol% ethylene as constituent units with an acid, and having 50-120°C melting point.
