PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate requirement of high initial investment and a wide space, to reduce a burden relative to a worker and to eliminate influence on a quality of an article by scraps or the like. SOLUTION: On a truck 5, a storage part 8 partitioned by a partition 7 of a side part is formed, an internal/external communication part 11 is formed on a part of the partition for partitioning the storage part, and a motion space part 12 of a handling shaft is formed in a front left/right direction of the communication part. On an upper part at one end side of the motion space part, the attachment/detachment auxiliary device of the handling shaft inserted into the core of a roll-like article having a constitution that a support roller 14 of the handling shaft is provided is formed.
