PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make sufficiently high a bottom luggage room formed under a tonneau cover deep into the front. SOLUTION: The tonneau cover 10 is arranged roughly horizontally in a standard position to be an upper position of a floor surface 3a of the luggage room 3. The tonneau cover 10 is constituted of at least two pieces of divided boards 10B, 10C, and the bending direction of their connected portion is crest-bent. Engaging parts 40 are provided on the front side of an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction on left and right end parts of the divided board 10C. The engaging parts 40 are engaged free to slide with a guide rail 20 set inclined so as to be positioned upward toward the front.
