PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undercover for a vehicle for more effectively attaining reduction of air resistance in a lower part of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A projecting part 28 having a vehicle body longitudinal direction sectional shape formed into a triangular shape and constituted of an air flow guide part 32 and a discharge hole forming part 34 is integrally formed on a lower face 16 of an undercover main body 12. An inclined angle:θ<SB>1</SB>to a horizontal face of a first side part: L<SB>2</SB>extending in the vehicle body longitudinal direction is made as a value in the range of 3 to 8°on an external face of the air flow guide part 32 of the projecting part 28. An inclined angle:θ<SB>2</SB>to a horizontal face of a second side part:L<SB>3</SB>extending in the vehicle body longitudinal direction is made as a value in the range of 3 to 9°on an external face of the discharge hole forming part 34.
