PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock mechanism equipped with sufficient stroke amount of a leg member. SOLUTION: The lock mechanism 1 which can be grounded is provided on a truck 3 equipped with wheels 2. The lock mechanism 1 is composed of a supporting element 7 connected to a lower part of the truck 3 and groundable; and a lock means 8 provided on the supporting element 7. The supporting element 7 comprises: a base member 4 equipped with a first cylinder member 10 connected to the lower part of the truck 3, formed in a rectangular shape in plane view, and opening at least a lower side; the leg member 5 equipped with a second cylinder member 29 capable of abutting on the ground surface G and formed in a rectangular shape in plane view; and a third cylinder member 6 positioned at a middle position between the base member 4 and the leg member 5, formed in a rectangular shape in plane view, and opening at least a lower side. At an opening part on a lower side of the first cylinder member 10, the third cylinder member 6 is provided so as to slide in a vertical direction.
