PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight laminate which overcomes actual restrictions that when a laminate is processed into a fabric product by a stitching process or fusion bonding process, a knit fabric must be used for the side where filling treatment is performed, and which simultaneously facilitates the filling process, without deteriorating its appearance or touch feeling. SOLUTION: This laminate is obtained by laminating a fabric on a flexible film, wherein the fabric comprises a plain woven texture, and is laminated on the side where filling treatment is performed when the laminate is processed into a fabric product. The laminate is characterized in that the total value (CF<SB>total</SB>) of cover factors calculated for respective warps and wefts constituting the fabric is 700-1,300 and fineness of each of the warp and the weft is≤55 dtex, where CF<SB>total</SB>=CF<SB>m</SB>+CF<SB>t</SB>; CF<SB>m</SB>is a cover factor of the warp and CF<SB>t</SB>is a cover factor of the weft.
