ROTARY COMPRESSOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A rotary compressor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to easily suspend and return a rotor by engaging a hook in an outer circumference of a platelike member at an upper end of the rotor provided with a cutout unit. A rotary compressor comprises: a rotary compression mechanism unit(C); a rotary electromotive mechanism unit(M) provided with an electromotive mechanism unit for supplying a rotary power to the compression mechanism unit in an airtight container(1) and compressing and discharging gas flowed from the outside by the compression mechanism unit; a stator(2) fixed in the airtight container; a rotator(3) for receiving a rotary power from a rotary magnetic field formed by the stator; a disk for oil separation attached to an upper side of the rotor and rotating with the rotor; and a cutout unit(4B) formed in an outer circumference of an upper end of a platelike member attached with the disk for oil separation.
