A credit card, a system, and a method for managing the same are provided to manage automatically information of the credit card at the time of connecting the credit card to an external terminal by saving a program for managing user information and the information of the credit card in the credit card. A credit card(200) includes a card control unit(210), an external interface unit(220), a storage medium(230) and an IC chip(240). The card control unit controls transmission and receipt of the credit card, a program, and user information to and from an external terminal(100). The external interface unit is connected to the external terminal, and transmits and receives data to and from the external terminal. The storage medium incorporates the program for managing the credit card information and the user information. The IC chip stores the credit card information. The IC chip incorporates an RF tag by using a semiconductor chip and includes various devices for credit card transaction. |
