A rotator for a semiconductor device test handler is provided to control a position of the rotator accurately and easily by providing rotation power from a motor, and to rotate the rotator regardless of a size and weight of the test tray. A rotator(100) for a semiconductor device test handler includes: a frame(110) for supporting a test tray which equips a semiconductor device; a rotation shaft member(120) for connecting the frame to a handler main body(1) rotationally; and a motor(130) for generating power rotating the rotation shaft member with certain angle. A power transfer unit which transfers the power of the motor to the rotation shaft member is included in the rotator. The power transfer unit comprises a follower pulley(125) combined to the rotation shaft member, a driving pulley connected to a shaft of the motor, and a power transfer belt(140,142) transferring power of the driving pulley to the follower pulley. |
