<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk having recording layers compliant with different specifications, satisfy the reflectivity of the respective specifications at the same time, and reproducing with each video quality. <P>SOLUTION: A first substrate 12 of the optical disk D has a first recording layer 11 compliant with the first specifications on one surface, and a first reflective film 11a is laminated on the first recording layer 11. A second substrate 15 has a second recording layer 13 compliant with the first specifications on one surface, and has a third recording layer 14 compliant with the second specifications on the other surface. A second reflective film 13a is formed on the second recording layer, and a third reflective film 14a and a light transmission layer 17 are formed on the third recording layer.
