<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a lifetime of a sealing device of a high pressure arrangement by avoiding abrasion in a contact range of a pressure vessel and a sealing ring sharply. <P>SOLUTION: In a sealing device in an opening 2 of a metal high pressure vessel 1, a movable part 4 and a coaxial sleeve 5 around it penetrate into a high pressure side H, and a metal sealing means 9 placed on an outside range 51 of an end surface of the penetrating sleeve is brought into contact with an internal surface 22 of the opening of the high pressure vessel and a pressure ring 6. This pressure ring is brought into contact with the sleeve in an inside range 61 of its end surface, or in an inside range 52 adjoining the movable part. In this case at least an external surface 91 of the sealing means and/or at least an internal surface of the opening of the high pressure vessel adjoining the sealing means has at least one coating prepared by PVD (physical vapor deposition) method and/or CVD (chemical vapor deposition) method and/or specially PACVD (plasma CVD) method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
