<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell decreasing the coating amount of an adhesive or making it zero; to provide the manufacturing method of the fuel cell, and to provide a fuel cell sealing plate. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The fuel cell contains the fuel cell sealing plate 36 having a pouring part 61 for pouring an adhesive in a part. (2) The fuel cell has the sealing plate 36 spot-welded to a separator 18. (3) The manufacturing method of the fuel cell has a process fixing the sealing plate 36 to the separator 18 by pouring an adhesive in the pouring part 61 and curing it. (4) The manufacturing method of the fuel cell has a process fixing the sealing plate 36 to the separator 18 by spot-welding.
