PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an inclination of a piston and a caliper in a disc brake device. SOLUTION: This disc brake device is formed so that the piston 32 presses a first brake pad 22A to one frictional sliding surface of a disc rotor 14. The caliper 18 is formed so as to partially cover the vicinity of the outer periphery of the disc rotor 14, and has a cylinder part for fitting and inserting the piston 32, and presses a second brake pad 22B to the other frictional sliding surface of the disc rotor 14 by sliding in the axial direction of the disc rotor 14. A spring member 30 energizes the caliper 18 in the upward direction on the first brake pad 22A side more than the disc rotor 14.
