PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having both of excellent low temperature adhesivity and excellent wet heat resistance. SOLUTION: This metal laminate is obtained by laminating a resin composition comprising 80-95 wt.% of a polyimide resin obtained from a specific diamine compound and a specific tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and 5-20 wt.% of a bismaleimide compound on at least one surface of a metal foil.
