PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent normal communication from being interrupted by the physical configuration of a network. SOLUTION: In a first communication path 10, the length is determined so that impedance Zin in the line does not become extremely small, thus increasing voltage generated in a node 20 at the other end side sufficiently even without increasing the amount of current extremely when a signal is transmitted from one end to the other. Therefore, in a reception node, the situation is prevented where the content of data cannot be identified appropriately from the signal, thus preventing the situation where normal communication cannot be made. A second communication path 30 has length where it can be regarded that nodes (p) in a group of communication paths are connected directly and mutually, thus composing a network topology configuration 1 by regarding that the nodes (p) in the group of communication paths are connected directly and mutually regardless of the length.
