PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a visually handicapped person to easily deposit and receive a cargo, by searching an empty box, in an electronic locker system having a plurality of lockable boxes. SOLUTION: A state monitor part is arranged for informing the respective boxes of an electronic locker of a state of the boxes. Or a lock is opened when pushing the state monitor part for a predetermined time. Or the state monitor part is arranged only in any one row of the electronic locket, to inform a user of a position of the empty box by a frequency of vibration of the state monitor part.
