PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen operation control system in a confluent conduit for easily confirming an operation result of a screen arranged in a rainwater delivery chamber and the existence of failure, not only when operating the screen in a rainfall but also when stopping the screen when finishing the rainfall, in the confluent conduit. SOLUTION: This screen operation control system has an operation detecting means 41 quantitatively detecting a rotation state of a water turbine 3 or a rotary brush B, and a display means 42 arranged in an inlet of a manhole 2 and quantitatively displaying a detecting result of the operation detecting means 41.
