<p>An injection molding machine, or injection transfer molding machine, comprising metal case (1) and, provided therein, injection pot (6), injection nozzle (9) disposed at the distal end of the pot (6) and connected thereto via injection pot distal-end passage (8B), and charge port (5) for sideways feeding of a plasticized molding material into the pot, wherein plunger (7) is disposed slidably in the injection pot (6), and wherein a taper angle of 10° to 45° is provided from the inferior end of the main body of the injection pot (6) through the injection pot distal-end passage (8B). Thus, there is made available an injection molding machine, or injection transfer molding machine, which realizes eliminating of the need of selecting the fluidity of rubber in compounded material, generating of the maximum injection heat build-up of rubber making maximum use of the maximum injection pressure of the injection molding machine, improvement of the quality of molded article through assured prevention of scorching attributed to rubber retention, and injection transfer molding machine, and attainment of general-purpose injection molding capable of maximum enhancement of productivity.</p> |
