An organic electro luminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a hole transport layer and an organic emission layer with a uniform thickness by forming separators on a bank in a stripe pattern. An organic electro luminescence device includes a substrate(110), a plurality of first electrodes(112), a bank(115), a plurality of separators(125), an organic emission layer, and a plurality of second electrodes(132). The plurality of first electrodes are provided on the substrate. The bank is formed on the substrate and the first electrodes, and defines pixels on the first electrodes. The plurality of separators are formed between pixels in a stripe pattern, and are formed of organic matters. The pixels are filled with the organic emission layer. The plurality of second electrodes are formed on the organic emission layer, the bank, and the separators. |
