摘要 A method for opening a customer satisfaction survey result of visiting customers is provided to enable the customer to find out a company with high satisfaction by performing a customer satisfaction survey of the customers visiting the company and displaying company ranking of each category/region based on the result, and improve service of the company by comparing the service of the companies in the same field. A visiting customer information system of the company extracts and transmits customer information to a customer satisfaction survey system server(D1). The server transmits the information for the customer satisfaction survey to customer terminals and stores result values received from the customer terminals(D2). The information stored in the server is transmitted to the customer terminals in response to a customer satisfaction survey result request received from the customer or company terminal(D3). If the customer or company terminal requests the ranking of the companies in the same category, the server extracts the information corresponding to the selected category, sorts the extracted information by assigning order, and transmits the sorted information to the customer or company terminal.
