A soundproof facility is provided to block traffic noise and proving a shelter for insects and animals by inserting soundproof materials in a soundproof frame and making animal evacuation paths. A soundproof facility(100) comprises a concrete foundation part(10), a plurality of support bases, a soundproof frame(20), a plurality of soundproof materials, and animal evacuation paths. Concrete is poured on the square-section concrete foundation part along the road. The support bases are fixed by anchors. The soundproof frame is formed on the support bases. The soundproof materials are inserted in the soundproof frame to block traffic noise. The animal evacuation paths are opened only from the road side and formed with square plate shaped doors. The soundproof frame includes left and right frames(21), a square shaped front and rear frames(23), and a horizontal dividing plate(24).
