<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injecting/mixing device in which supplying pressure is extremely low and energy consumption is small and which can be integrated easily to various kinds of fuel cells. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel injecting/mixing device 10 suitable for use together with various kinds of fuel reforming units is provided with a piezoelectric sprayer 14 to distribute atomized fuel, a gas/swirler such as an air swirler 23 and/or a steam swirler 24, a mixing chamber and a lobed/mixer 30. The fuel injecting/mixing device 10 uses supersonic vibration to achieve the atomization of fuel.
