<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably drive a load without using a photocoupler. <P>SOLUTION: A primary side region 402 and a secondary side region 404 are electrically insulated from each other. First and second pulse transformers 30, 32 are provided for each transistor inside a switching circuit 10, and two sets of secondary winding 30b, 32b thereof are connected to a control terminal of the transistor. A control circuit 20 supplies switching voltages Vsw1, Vsw2 to two sets of primary winding 30a, 32a of the pulse transformer on the basis of a feedback signal Vfb fed back from a feedback line 16. A primary winding 12a of the transformer 12, the switching circuit 10, the two sets of secondary winding 30b, 32b are arranged on the primary side region 402, and a secondary winding 12b of the transformer 12, the two sets of primary winding 30a, 32a, the feedback line 16, and the control circuit 20 are arranged on the secondary side region 404. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
