<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell component that has a corrosion-resistant coating film including an alumite layer and a polyimide resin layer at least a part of the surface of an aluminum base-material, and a fuel cell component manufacturing method that enables to almost uniformly form the polyimide resin layer with a sufficient film thickness above the alumite layer. <P>SOLUTION: The alumite layer is formed by applying anodic oxidation to the aluminum base-material composed of an aluminum-based material. Next, a zinc-plating layer is formed on the alumite layer by applying zinc plating. Then, an intermediate metal layer including nickel as a main component is formed on the zinc plating layer by applying plating mainly composed of nickel. Subsequently, a gold-plating layer is formed on the intermediate metal layer by applying gold plating. Finally, the polyimide (PI) resin layer is formed on the gold-plating layer by applying electrodeposition coating using a polyimide electrodeposition paint. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
