PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device capable of updating simply to the newest congestion predicted information. SOLUTION: This information terminal device loaded on a moving body performs processing based on the congestion predicted information stored in a storage means. The information terminal device generates updating data for updating the congestion predicted information stored in a server based on a traveling history, and transmits the generated updating data to the server. The information terminal device receives updated congestion information calculated by the server receiving the updating data, and updates the congestion predicted information stored in the storage means based on the updated congestion information. The information terminal device can update simply to the newest congestion predicted information without performing version upgrading or the like.
