PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast reception system capable of surely managing subscribers and easily inexpensively setting a correspondence relation between a digital broadcast receiver and a limited receiving processor, and to provide the digital broadcast receiver, the limited receiving processor, a digital broadcast receiving method and a digital broadcast reception program. SOLUTION: A CAS (conditional access system) card 40 includes a command processing part 42, an STB (set-top box)-ID storing part 43, a pairing state storing part 44 and a limited receiving processing part 45. The STB-ID storing part 43 stores an STB-ID given from an STB-ID notifying part 26 of an STB 20. The pairing state storing part 44 stores information about pairing (combination) of the STB 20 and the CAS card 40. The command processing part 42 controls limited receiving processing by the limited receiving processing part 45 on the basis of storage contents of the STB-ID storing part 43 and the pairing state storing part 44.
