PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby a user can easily acquire a printout of facsimile communication data received by a facsimile machine at a place different from where the facsimile machine is installed. SOLUTION: When a facsimile machine 10 receives facsimile communication data from other facsimile machine 24, the facsimile machine 10 automatically calls a telephone number of a mobile phone 12 of a user 11 stored in advance and is notified of a transfer facsimile number arbitrarily designated by the user 11 from the mobile phone 12. When being notified of the transfer facsimile number, the facsimile machine 10 transfers the received facsimile communication data to a facsimile machine 26 with the transfer facsimile number. The user 11, regardless of location, can receive the printout 56 of the facsimile communication data from the facsimile machine 26 by designating the facsimile machine 26 installed at a convenient place to the user 11.
