PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device capable of preventing a destruction of a compressor included in an inside of a temperature control system without strictly managing a generated heat quantity of a heater, decreasing a cost of an entire body of the temperature control device with a width large enough to control a temperature between a lower limit and an upper limit of the temperature control, and performing a test of an electronic device in a wide range. SOLUTION: In accordance with a temperature condition of a test of an electronic device 11; the temperature of a refrigerant flowing through bypasses 15A, 15B, and 23, is controlled, a test temperature range of the electronic device is widened, and an increase of the temperature of the compressor 18 is suppressed.
