PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peaks of instrument errors from being generated in a specified flow rate region, by uniformizing the pressure of fluid in a measuring chamber, in a flowmeter. SOLUTION: A support part 15 for supporting a weighing display part 11 is extended downward in a housing H<SB>1</SB>, constituting a weighing body part 2 of a city water meter M; a partitioning wall 16 is formed in an extended portion; impellers 8 are rotated; and water introduced into a flow passage Q formed between the weighing display part 11 and an impeller chamber forming wall part 13 is thereafter directed toward a flow-out port 4, under the condition where the flow velocity of the water flowing in the flow passage Q is uniformized (i.e. under the condition, where the water pressure is uniformized), by making the water collide with the partitioning wall 16, before the water wraps around along the circumferential direction of the housing H<SB>1</SB>.
