PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the lubrication for enhancing the sealability with oil of a space between laps for keeping the airtightness of a working chamber constituted of a scroll member by an effective means capable of realizing the optimum place and the optimum operating condition in the working chamber without impairing the characteristic and the reliability of a fluid machine. SOLUTION: In a scroll fluid machine, a flow control mechanism A5 which performs lubrication with an oil of an adequate amount at good timing by using a reverse flow preventive piston of a working gas to be operated by the differential pressure or a passage for connection to the turning motion is fitted to a part which easily leaks and requires sealability such as a part having a large differential pressure or a large difference in the relative curvature between sill wall surfaces facing each other in a working chamber not communicated with a suction side.
