PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine part scale removing method capable of efficiently removing scale formed on a surface of a turbine part having a complicated shape and a turbine part scale inspection method capable of efficiently inspecting the same. SOLUTION: According to the method, a receptacle 14 is attached to the surface of the turbine part (4) and cleaning fluid 21 is poured in the receptacle 14 so as to remove the scale on the surface of the turbine part (4).
