PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of letting warm air reach user's buttocks efficiently while reducing area of a part where the sanitary washing device covers a bowl of a toilet stool and to provide a toilet device provided with this sanitary washing device. SOLUTION: This sanitary washing device is provided with a main body part 400 incorporating a water discharge nozzle 615 and a warm air blowing-out duct 624 and provided in an upper part of the toilet stool 800 and a toilet seat 200 supported pivotally on the main body part 400 to open and close freely. A front end face of the main body part 400 has a recessed curved face 402 recessed backward along an opening of the bowl of the toilet stool 800. The recessed curved face 402 has such a shape that a part near its center is high and height is gradually reduced toward right and left end parts. At least one opening part that one end parts of the water discharge nozzle 615 and the warm air blowing-out duct 624 face and openable and closable lid bodies 460, 470 blocking the opening part are provided near the center of the recessed curved face 402. A blow-out port 626 for bringing vertical width and horizontal width of the opening close together is provided in one end part of the warm air blowing-out duct 624. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
