PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder flow promoting device further enhancing a maintenance property by easily performing mounting/removal of the whole of the device to a vessel. SOLUTION: A cylinder body 3 having a flange 31 engaged with an inner wall of a flowing-in hole 2 at a distal end is engaged with the flowing-in hole 2 for a pressurization gas formed on a side surface of the powder vessel 1, and a fixing nut 5 is thread-engaged with a screw formed on an outer periphery of the cylinder body 3. The cylinder body 3 is fixed to the vessel side surface by clamping a flowing-in hole peripheral edge part of the vessel 1 by the fixing nut 5 and the flange 31, and an elastic plate 7 for closing the flowing-in hole 2 is mounted to a distal end side of the cylinder body 3 on an inner wall surface of the vessel 1. The elastic plate 7 is made to a size/shape capable of being taken in/out from the flowing-in hole 2 utilizing the elastic deformation and the flange 31 of the cylinder body 3 is made to a size/shape capable of being taken in/out from the flowing-in hole 2 to constitute the power flow promoting device.
