PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle and convey a thin wall bottle without deforming it and destroying the aseptic environment of an aseptic filling line and make the thin wall bottle with a mean thickness of a body part thickness of 50-200μm applicable to aseptic filling. SOLUTION: This filling and sealing method is provided with a chamber 2 for sterilizing and cleaning a conveying cup for conveying the thin wall bottle and an aseptic chamber 3 in which the thin wall bottle is inserted in the sterilized and conveyed cup. The inner and outer faces of the conveying cup is sterilized, and under a condition that the thin wall bottle after sterilizing and cleaning is inserted and supported into the sterilized conveying cup, the conveying cup is conveyed to fill and seal the content. The filled bottle is conveyed to the outside of the aseptic environment to separate the filled bottle and the conveying cup. The conveying cup is returned to a conveying cup sterilizing process, and the filled bottle is packaged in an appropriate packaging box. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
